The bedroom is clean and bright with a desk area and TV, electric fireplace, soft sheets, and towels provided as well as a bathrobe and a luggage rack. Also a kitchenette so you can prep meals without leaving your space. You've got a shared bathroom (I clean weekly ) and laundry in the unit, and a patio to sip some coffee wild looking at the Colorado mountain range. Utilities including electricity, gas, water, internet, and trash are covered in the rent, and the house has central heating and air conditioning. The lease is flexible to match your travel schedule.
