Green Bluff is beautiful orchard country. My country home is on five acres surrounded by blackboard fencing with a view of Mt Spokane and 30 fruit trees and a cute red barn. Use of patio that is accented with a custom built fountain area. Sometimes there are visiting cattle in my 2-acre pasture. The apartment is in my basement which has new flooring and a newly remodeled bath. I am awaiting delivery of a couch and area rugs. You also have a woodburning stove for extra heat and enough wood in your woodshed for a few months. You would be responsible for your own trash removal. Pickup is available for $25/mo. All utilities are included. Apartment is 507 sq ft. I provide linens and kitchen necessities; you would share the laundry room for your washing and ironing needs. I do not accept smoking or vaping. You would have your on separate entrance on east side and a shared carport and entrance on west side. I will be soon be adding a hand railing for safety on that side. I have several gardens and farm is loaded with flowers.
