We have furnished rooms available with comfortable shared spaces — a large living room, dining area, full kitchen with modern appliances, and a washer and dryer in the house. We have two bedrooms available in a house with AC, heating and WIFI in every room, comfortable furniture, lots of sunlight and two full bathrooms, including a basement laundry area. We are also planning to add a back deck to enjoy in the Summer. We just started renting, and we are flexible with short-term or longer stays, so just let us know what time frame you are looking for. For rentals we ask for a short application that we will share with you, two references, first month’s rent, and one month refundable security deposit. The house is in Marble Hill (225th Street), on the north tip of Manhattan. It’s just one block from the 1 subway (red line) and Metro-North, and express buses, and you can get to Midtown in about 40 minutes. We also have parking available for a reasonable fee and there are bike stations on the block, which is pretty convenient.
