I'll be out of the area for 3 months plus (July - September at a minimum. This apartment is simple, but functional. The neighborhood is close to so many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and less than one mile walking the Cottage Care hospital in Santa Barbara. There are also two separate E-rental bikes very close and a bus stop within 75 yards that will take a person downtown. It's the most walkable neighborhood I've ever lived in.
