My home is located in the city of Rockmart. We have the Silver Vomet trail just blocks away for those outdoor people that like to walk, jog or ride bicycles. There are two new gyms open 24/7 again within blocks of my home. Along with boutiques, grocery stores, restaurants, and easy access to the major highways to hospitals in Rome, Ga, Dallas, Ga, Cartersville, Ga, and other areas. The private bedroom and bath has a nice size and extra large closet. Shared common areas included are mud room/ laundry room, kitchen, dining area, and living room and a cute cozy covered partially enclosed porch. A gravel parking pad with room for additional parking if needed. A small dog may be acceptable and will have to get along with my dog. Must be under 15 lbs and dog cannot shed.
