The cottage is situated in the grounds of my personal residence. This was my late wife's studio. You will be residing in a 250 year old log home that was once the original house. It has been renovated and decorated and is a comfortable little getaway in a park like setting. We are close to Rt. 22 and just a mile away from the Lehigh Valley mall. We are at the end of a cul de sac, in a quiet neighborhood There is wifi and a Roku TV provided . Situated on two floors The ground/first floor has a combined living/dining room and a full kitchen. There is a working fireplace with a small wood burning stove. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed and also a single/twin bed. En-suite there is a full shower bathroom. Heating in the winter is electric base board. Cooling in the summer is window air conditioning. All in all a very comfortable little cottage. The mattresses are new and the all the linens are provided The rest of the furnishings are “shabby chic” , but everything is in a clean and working condition. The rent includes all utilities.
