The rental is one of three bedrooms. a private bathroom, and shared access to an office and washer/dryer. The house has lots of storage, has solar, washer and dryer in the garage, a low maintenance yard, is walkable and bikeable to nice parks, close to local gyms and great shopping, I have fast internet and a smart Roku TV. I am looking for a quiet respectful person who works full-time during regular business hours.
