Seeking a responsible, mature person to live in my quiet, well-maintained home while I’m away for 6 months or longer. You will have the entire place to yourself. Primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, den with 50” TV and garden area. I am looking for someone clean, respectful, and interested in a peaceful living environment. No smoking in my house. Small Pet may be allowed. Application fee $40. My house is in a great neighborhood, walk to the river. Close to downtown, all shops and hospital. The house can accommodate 6 people. There is another room with a trundle bed and 50” TV, and Landry room. I reserve this space for myself. But you can use this space while I’m gone.
