Since acquiring it in 2001, I have remodeled most of the house at least once, upgraded electrical and bathrooms, converted the property from lawn (weed patch) to xeri-scaped front and rear gardens, and furnished it with period or craftsman furniture. There are laundry facilities in the basement for your exclusive use. The backyard has a 6' cedar fence, patio table and chairs, and propane grill, while the front has a 3 ft metal fence, bistro table and chairs and other cozy sitting spots among the landscaping. You'll feel at home here.
