This is located in the western branch area of Chesapeake in a quiet neighborhood. The furnished room has its own entrance off the side of the house and use of the driveway. Inside is a kitchenette area with sink , fridge, stovetop & microwave combo that is also airfryer . Door separates to shower and toilet/ sink. There is a door that opens to the shared garage where a shelving unit for more storage is available. You door is the lock to entrance of the garage. I think I have every amenity you can think of for the kitchen lol. There is a brand new couch bed with a shelving unit. Brand new towels with price tag still on. I have a closet system ready to put together that will be updated in future pictures. There is are two laundry mats , mall stores within a few minutes from the house. I am 8 mins from belle harbor& harbor view. 20 mins from obici, 30 CHKD. All utilities are included, wifi, internet. It’s 1350 a month and will be happy to make smaller contracts for shorter stays.
