I am renting out my basement in Centennial near Southlands mall and E470. I live upstairs with my 2 dogs, so I am onsite for any questions. I work 3-5 days in the office and travel occasionally on weekends. I am fairly quiet other than some occasional singing as that is part of my side hustle. The basement includes living area, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and th carpet is new. The laundry facility is upstairs and available for use. There is plenty of street parking. It is a walk out with private entrance through the back gate. The price includes all utilities. It is unfurnished, but I’m looking at the possibility of furnishing if that is desired.
