The three bedrooms that are for rent are located facing a beautiful serene landscape and water reservoir. Providing privacy and quietness. The second floor bathroom is shared along with the Laundry room. The first floor is an open floor plan which has another full bathroom, Kitchen, Dinning room/Living room area and access to the backyard. Parking is available in a first come first served and there is also street parking. Near by you will find The famous Posner Mall, which houses many Restaurants, Retail stores, BJ’s , CVS & Supermarkets. Drive into Orlando area is about 35-40 minutes.
