Hello, Were renting out a room in Camarillo for $1,000 a month with a $1,000 deposit. The room is now available. Currently, there's a male tenant living with us so were in search of another male roommate (preferred) as you'll share a bathroom. My husband and I live in a smoke-free home in a peaceful neighborhood in Camarillo. The room is located upstairs and comes fully furnished, with a full bathroom and dual sinks that is shared with the other roommate. Utilities will be included in rent such as free high-speed internet (up to 300 mbps), central AC, cable TV, water, trash, and electricity. You'll have full access to the kitchen and laundry (washer and dryer). If you're interested, please note that we have 2 small dogs that live inside the house. We require a background check that costs $25.00, which is nonrefundable. Additionally, we'll need two (2) references.
