Walmart is 1.5 miles away, beaches 5 miles away. You will be surrounded by luxuriant garden. Studio has separate entrance, parking, your own patio, plus shared pool area with lounge chairs. Residence is charming, yet modern, with full kitchen equipped with cooking range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and more. Shared laundry room on promises. Pool is not heated. There are 2 senior dogs on property. We accept cats, but no dogs. We want to avoid any canine disagreements. We will store any large items for you.
