If you like being cool, come to the mountains. We are at 6100 ft above sea level. Great restaurants, lots of music, friendliest people. We rent the downstairs apartment (600 sq ft) but we also have an upstairs room for rent if 2 people wish separate rooms. Also have a folding queen bed for a group adventure. Have 2 full bathrooms for guests if both floors are rented. Come enjoy the clean air. To walk you through the photos, all of the 1st photos are the downstairs apt. Sideview of the house clearly shows upstairs and downstairs floors. Then the driveway, the private entrance to downstairs apt., the downstairs living room and kitchenette, the laundry and bath. Next is part of the upstairs livingroom, a photo of Jerry+Diane on the front porch with Maya visiting (on left) and of course one of our many back porch visitors. Then the upstairs bed and bath. More photos were not allowed. Utilities included, no pets, no smoking of any kind. If you stay longer than a month, I must share the laundry room with you.
