This is a gated community that has the feel of a resort property, with beautifully landscaped grounds, two pools, and two hot tubs. There are also three gazebos on the property, with community gas BBQs available at each of the pool areas. There is also a small dog-park, recreation room, a business center, and a workout facility. Dogs must be on a leash unless in the dog-park. The unit with the available room also looks out onto green space Everything is fully stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, etc and it is fully furnished. The available room for rent is on one end of the living area, the listers room is at the opposite end, with living space is in-between. Each of us have our own full bathrooms. We share pantry space and refrigerator space. The entry is next to the available room, so it is much like having a private entry.
