Location is everything with nearby walking/bike paths to New Orleans Lakefront, Bayou St. John, City Park and New Orleans Museum of Art. Kayak available for enjoying the bayou. House has been updated recently with central AC/Heating, new windows and appliances. It's only been lived in by me for the last 10 years. Located close to the fairgrounds (for Jazz fest) and close to LSU New Orleans University. Fully furnished, 5 rooms total (Living, Kitchen, Bathroom, Office area, Bedroom, and then an extra room with some weights and kettlebells for home workouts. Also has a furnished back deck/patio. It is street parking because it's a small lot and no driveway, but my neighbors respect the spot in front of the house and they all have driveways, so one car is always ok in front of the house, but there is more street parking available. Everything you could need in a quiet beautiful area.
