One hundred year old, small vintage farmhouse on State Route 9 in West Brattleboro with an acre of fenced-in yard (mostly wild), and a creek in back. There are 3 furnished bedrooms (1 down, 2 up), one shared bathroom, and recently upgraded kitchen which is simple, but functional with a good sized eating area. I’ve created a compact workout area with a nice treadmill which I’m happy to share. There’s a living room and off that a private outdoor porch just big enough for a couple of chairs. There’s a washer and dryer in the unfinished basement, which also offers dry storage space. Parking is in the dirt driveway and the little red barn can house a second bike, kayak or similar. My home is not fancy, but it’s clean & peaceful and you will feel welcomed & comfortable here.
