The room also has a small fridge and freezer, and a small dining table with two chairs, a big window, a folding treadmill, and a walk-in closet. I have it setup as an efficiency, minus the full bathroom that will be shared with me. We have a balcony in the livingroom that faces the woods and the apartment complex is quiet, safe and very well located. Public bus stop across the parking lot. The rent includes all utilities, snow & trash removal. We have coin operated laundry in building and you will get one assigned parking spot. No heavy drinking and no drugs (420 ok), no drama, no couples. I am chill and easy to share space with.
