Our house is quiet in a gated community. I rent out the upstairs bedrooms. The upstairs has a full kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom and laundry. The rooms are furnished and each has a TV with streaming channels programmed in. The rent includes all utilities and I provide paper goods, cleaning supplies and complimentary coffee/tea. There is on demand hot water, so no worries about running out of hot water. We live downstairs. I'm a librarian at the local library and my husband is retired.
