My home is 2 blooks from I-90, 2 miles from Kootenai Health (hospital), 2 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene. I have 5 bedrooms, 2 levels, one bathroom on each level. I live here alone.... l have no plans to rent more than one room. Your area is ground level and houses the kitchen, family room, 80in smart tv with cable. Your bedroom has a smart tv, with all the big-name pay channels already up and running. The driveway can easily fit both our cars, or there is plenty of curb space if you wish. My area is downstairs (finished basement). I will still use the ground level during the day, but I disappear into my 'cave' pretty early in the day! I can't hear a thing down there, you can have the tv on loud and stay up late if you wish. My yard is gorgeous at this time of year, and great for summer activities. I have a washer and dryer, Ring doorbell and barbeque. I have room for extra storage in the other bedrooms should you need it. Your room has a comfortable queen bed and large dresser. I have one small, friendly dog and would welcome another as long as he/she isn't a chewer or a barker! I worked at the hospital here for 10 years and can show you the ropes!...
