We also have a piano available that needs tuning. Renter may use our lovely back yard with a fire pit, pergola, patio, and lots of seating. There's a peach tree we're trying to get to yield full size fruit. The pergola is covered in grapevine. Electronic door entry. Driveway parking. All utilities included. Quiet, safe, easy! This is a one person space, but two people can comfortably live here. We would consider renting to two people for an added fee. The space includes a large great room with the living area and bedroom area. The kitchen and dining and bathroom are in the adjacent room. It's a basement apartment divided into two rooms.
