This would be two bedroom upstairs fully furnished with a private bathroom at end of hallway. 1st room has King size bed and 2nd bedroom has full size bed. Both rooms are furnished with, desk, bedside end tables, chairs, drawer space, hanging clothes rack and lamps. Linens and towels for both rooms provided. The bathroom is at end of a short hallway- with a porch off of the outside bathroom door. The porch has table and chairs on it for your use. Also have a screened in back porch as well as a full kitchen. We do live downstairs with our senior dog. There is high speed internet. Our location has a group of great restaurants just a 5-8 min walk down McGavock toward Riverside Dr for those who want to explore the neighborhood. The house sits back from the street in our own acre oasis under many trees. I have housed an airbnb downstairs for 10 yrs with superhost status and many wonderful reviews as well as nurses thru furnished finders. Utilities are included in the cost. We pride ourselves on community but we give our guests as must privacy as they need. Also have laundry on first floor available.
