This property is in the Kelly Ridge community and it's a 10mins walk to the Oroville Dam and less than 5mins drive to Bidwell Marina. It's a fun area to be in when the lake is full from April - end of July when the lake is full of water activities. Hiking trails runs along the dam and down Feather River. $700 Deposit. Cleaning $250 plus trash rental $60 deducted from deposit after lease expires and any damages and or missing items from the house. There is a community pool for a fee.
