The casitas is beautiful, quiet, and all utilities and Internet are included in the rental price. In addition there is a brand new washer dryer combo. It’s turn key dishes, glasses, cups bowls, silverware everything you need refrigerator, burners there is no oven however, there is a combo air fryer that also grills and bakes. I love spending time there. It’s wonderful and there is a nice big colored TV. Comfortable queen size bed a good closet, microwave it’s really great and it’s on a 2 1/2 acre ranch in a gated community about 20 minutes away from the hospital and Tehachapi. (No pets)
