Tucked in a safe NW corner of Columbus, with access to many nearby shopping such as historic downtown Dublin. Also easy access to freeways including an easy commute to OSU campus, hospitals and Honda Marysville. I am an Air BnB host with 6 years of experience much of which I have SuperHost status. I live on the property, in the house which I share with my son. We have had travelling nurses stay with their bookings from Air BnB. I only do long term rentals minimum of 30 days with month to month renewal or you can book longer to begin with, three to six months at your initial request and renew as needed. Our home is beautifully decorated with a lovely large backyard and deck. There is a fire pit for enjoying an outdoor fire to relax by or make s'mores. The charm of landscaping offers lush green atmosphere with trees and seasonal flowers, bushes and havens for birds. Three individual rooms are available for booking (priced separately). No more than 5 people on the property, it is a 4 bedroom house with apartment style space in the basement. Each room is fully furnished from beds to linens/towels and mini microwave and fridge in each.
