The subject room is on the 2nd floor. The bathroom and 2nd large refrigerator are shared with my other female roommate. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, computer desk and chair, 55“ roku tv, etc. and everything as described in the pictures. You can schedule a view any day. No drugs, and non-smoking home. Kitchen and laundry access. The kitchen is full of appliances, utensils, etc. All you need to bring is your spices, food containers, paper towels, laundry supplies, and help with cleaning stuff as needed. I like things to be kept clean and organized. I believe my fee is very reasonable compared to other listings at this location, house access and amenities. Decent credit, background check, references, and proof of income are required.
