Hi friend, Lavender House was built in 1901 and has seven bedrooms. It's listed as a, "Coal Baron's mansion" in local records. I've been her owner for 10 years and have enjoyed every minute. The house is rustic with great charm. The rooms are spacious and have a writing desk and chairs in each. I've had several health professionals stay here as they worked at Princeton General Hospital and Bluefield Hospital and other medical centers nearby. None have been disappointed.
