Two bedrooms upstairs and one on basement level. Kitchen, Living room, and dining area are open concept on the main level. There is a screened in rear porch and a fenced in rear yard. This is within one mile of Providence Hospital, Southfield, MI and three and a half miles from Beaumont / Corewell in Royal Oak, MI. Very nice park, community center, and shopping within walking distance. I have lived here for twelve years and have had no problems with crime. My neighbors are friendly and cooperative.
