Private room in my home. 7.2 miles from NHMRC ED North (very quick drive by interstate). 4.5 miles from Wilmington Hcc. Remember in Wilmington, closer doesn't always mean faster. I am 2 miles from I-140, making it easy and quick to get to most places. We also have all the amenities you need without having to get into Wilmington traffic, unless you want to. It says pets are allowed, but I am allergic to cats. So it would 1) have to not be a cat and 2) get along with my dogs (who love every living creature they meet so far). Hopefully, it can fit through the small doggy door. We are day dwellers around here, so if you work night shift, you will need to be a solid sleeper. We aren't loud at all, but we don't tiptoe either. I feel very safe here. It doesn't hurt that a state trooper lives right across the street, and my neighbors are just the best. If you are a positive, kind, and considerate person looking for a safe place to not only stay... but live... feel free to contact me. I'm not in a hurry to rent both rooms, so you may wind up with a private bath.
