We have 2 rooms in the lower level of our property, one is furnished as a bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, and nightstand, the other is a sitting room with a couch and a desk. both rooms have a closet with a small shelving unit inside the closet. There is a private bathroom with a stall shower, sink, toilet and lots of shelving. There is a shared laundry room on this same level.The kitchen is on the main level and the tenant has their own fridge and a wall of upper and lower cabinets. We share the sink, dishwasher, stove, double oven, and microwave. Tenants are welcome to use the dining table and the family room (with a large saltwater aquarium!) We have a beautiful yard with ponds, a stream and waterfall, flower beds, veggie beds, lawn, basketball hoop and even a shallow pool in the summer. We are close to Kaiser/ Good Samaritan to the south and other hospitals 5 miles to the east as well as 7 miles west in Boulder.
