SPACE AVAILABLE STARTING FEB 3, 2026 This is a bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with 2 other women: A mom and her adult daughter who is working full time and applying to grad schools. You would be sharing a bathroom with her. This room is nicely appointed, queen bed, bedside table and lamp, desk, mounted TV, decent closet space, and lots of natural light. I work from home as a recruiter so it would be best if our tenant worked days and outside the house so as not to be disturbed. On weekdays we both work full-time and then make our dinners, watch some TV and go to bed. On weekends each of us does things with friends and goes to church on Sundays. I have been sober in AA for a long time so there is no alcohol, pot, or other drugs allowed in the house. Also no overnight guests so you wont run into a stranger in the morning on the way to the bathroom. LOL. We do have a housekeeper who comes in every two weeks to clean and change the beds. Such a treat! We've been hosting people for quite some time so we hope you'll consider our sweet quiet home just 1-5 miles from all the hospitals in Marin County.
