Beautifully maintained two-story home with pool, jacuzzi, gym, extra storage, to which the tenant will have full access. Plenty of parking on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Room is upstairs and fully furnished. It is a shared bathroom only when my son comes home from college (ex. holidays). There is a living room and family room both with televisions. Yard has mature fruit trees that you are welcome to pick from. All home costs are included (utilities, housekeeper, landscaper, pool maintenance, Wi-Fi, cable, etc). All home essentials (kitchenware, bathware, linens) are included. Central air/heat. Black-out blinds in the rooms. No smoking or drugs. Two dogs on the property who are very friendly. Will consider small, potty-trained dog. About me: I am a single, 54 year-old female. I work as a Hospice Nurse Practitioner (going on 10 years). I specialized in hematology/oncology for nearly 20 years prior to hospice. I work full-time, four 10-hour days (no weekends).
