Travel nurse housing in York, SC. 1 bed, 1 bath. $900/month.
I have one or two upstairs rooms to rent, both are fully furnished, including, bed, dressor, desk, chair, microwave, fridge, dishes & cutlery, bedding and towels. You are responsible for cleaning and washing your bedding & towels. You also have use of downstairs kitchen, dinning, and living room. Room rates range from $900. One large upstairs shared bathroom and laundry area is also upstairs. Deposit is $325 to hold room and is refundable 1 week after move out, less $125 cleaning fee. Minimum stay is 2 months. You are welcome to have packages delivered here, but I do not allow temporary renters to change/forward mail to my address, as it’s not a permanent living arrangement. Identification (ie driver’s license photo) will need to be texted before booking a showing). I have two friendly dogs, both hypoallergenic, and under 10 lbs, they do not go upstairs. York is a beautiful small town with lots to do and see within walking distance. You are also welcome to borrow a bike to go on the local bike trails. Call or text for showing.
