Private bedroom, bathroom (shower only), and living area available for a single person, all furnished. Shared laundry and kitchen with home owner, a very friendly dog, and an indoor cat. Unfortunately, I can't allow any more pets. It's not a glamorous neighborhood, but it is mostly quiet with very nice neighbors. Parking directly in front of the house. In the backyard I have a covered deck, nice yard, barbecue, above ground pool in the summer, as well as a fire pit. You're welcome to use any of it. It's very nice to sit and have your coffee in the morning. My home is located about 15 minutes from Riverbend Hospital in Springfield, 10 minutes from McKenzie Willamette Regional Medical Center in Springfield and not too far really from other clinics in this area. I'm centrally located between the Central Oregon Coast to the West and Central Oregon area (Bend, Sisters) to the East. Portland Oregon is about 2 hours North.
