The studio is not new construction, but clean and has everything you need including - Wifi, TV with streaming, A/C, queen size bed, linens, small dining table, apartment sized refrigerator, kitchenette, stove, microwave, coffee maker, shower, washer/dryer and towels. Local hospitals include - Northridge Hospital, Encino Hospital, UCLA West Valley, Kaiser Woodland Hills, Providence Tarzana, Cedar Sini Tarzana, Valley Presbyterian, Mission Community, Sherman Oaks Medical, and more. I do accept dogs if they are trained, not left alone for long periods of time and have proof of vaccinations. I am not looking for long term renters. The deposit is $500.
