Two comfy furnished bedrooms on second floor of our 1920's home in Lexington, one with a full bed and one with a queen, and dedicated full bath. There is an office / lounge with coffee, microwave, and mini-fridge. We can negotiate use of our kitchen, yard, and common areas. We are close to the Minuteman bike path, a short walk to the lovely Arlington reservoir and park, and a 10 min walk to shops and restaurants in Arlington Heights. We are about 2 miles from historic Lexington center. Two blocks to a bus to take you to Alewife T station (which has the Red Line train), to Cambridge, or to Lexington Center. We do have a people-friendly dog, though she can stay out of your space if you prefer. No other animals please. Price is for the entire floor with BOTH bedrooms, bath, and lounge. Can be shared by two separate people or a couple, or one person can use it all.
