Private Gated entrance - both a side patio and slider to a smaller patio on the side. Quiet. Unit is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Extra set of sheets, blankets and bath/kitchen towels provided. No laundry facility on site, but Laundromat in Basha's shopping center less than 1 mile away. Toilet paper provided as we're on a septic system. Modified Kitchen includes Keurig, Microwave, Electric Griddle. Bathroom, Living Space, Hi-Top Kitchenette Table, Private Patio, Designated Parking. Studio is on bigger property, but is completely separate. You'll have designated parking and privacy. We allow dogs as a consideration, but will need to discuss in order to approve. Non Refundable Pet Fee of $50 will be added; and a Cleaning Fee of $250 will be collected.
