This is a gorgeous four bedroom three bath home. The pictures don't do it justice! . I am renting a very large bedroom with a full private bath for $825 . There are two other people that rent there and they are very kind, quiet people. I don't allow any drugs, guns or smoking. You would share a fridge with one other person. It's a very large backyard with a fire pit and chickens! This is a quiet family neighborhood and you can always find parking on the street right In front of the house. There is a duck pond down the street and just behind the home there is a walking path by the canal, rIn the backyard there are fruit trees in the and squirrels that run around having fun. I am very quick to solve any issues that you might have. I like keeping my renters happy.
