I opened my guesthouse in January of 2023. A paved pathway goes from the carport (you have your own spot) back to the cottage. It was newly built from the conversion of my former detached 2-car garage. Everything was included with guest comfort in mind. The floor is a wood-look tile. It is tastefully and completely furnished. All amenities are included - a full kitchen, nicely-tiled bathroom, washer and dryer. It is very quiet here. You can hear lots of birds, and sometimes our neighbor's chickens! The location is great - enjoy our lake in front - there is a bench on the hill in front. Or enjoy your coffee/tea on the private backyard patio behind the guesthouse!
