The home is located is a very upscale neighborhood next to the foothills and tons of biking and hiking trails. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable at all times. My large home is divided such that the main level (where I reside) is the second floor and the rental space is the first floor which has a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, spare room, sunroom, laundry/kitchen room and direct entry from the front door and built-in garage. There are front and rear patios as well as a summertime pool. The rental space comes with an interior garage space and opener. The spaces are really independent with little interaction as I come and go via the front door which is curtained off from the rental living room. Pets and fees are possible on a case by case basis. All utilities are included as are cable, internet, TVs with deluxe cable and music speakers. The listed rent cost is for 1 bedroom, $1600/month for 2 bedrooms. This is a quiet home with rules that include no parties, smoking, or illegal drug sue.
