Pros: Staff is nice and you'll feel welcome. Phlebotomy, a good SWAT team, and vascular access always available. Honestly had worse at other hospitals.
Cons: Ratio 5:1 days, 6:1 nights and nurses do first round vitals which drags your med pass. The call offs are insane. Every week you get cancelled 2 to 4 hours on a shift, then put on call until 4. You usu…
