Pros: Big NICU. Staff on nights are nice. Every other weekend. NICU has been busy so I haven't had to float much.
Cons: When I floated I was a sitter and CNA on a surgical floor. They cancelled some traveler contracts in October and didn't renew anyone, now they're short again. Housing is expensive for the pay.
