Pros: The cafe food is pretty good. Self scheduling mostly. Management cares when they're actually present.
Cons: 1/10. Med surg 1:6, one shift of floor orientation, and I got floated a lot including to other hospitals even though I was supposed to be dedicated. ED doesn't have to call report, they just drop pati…
Pros: Great for strokes.
Cons: Worked the floor for a year and almost quit nursing. Travelers floated 99% of the time. Some floors get no techs at all. Left my contract in the OR too.
