Hi, I'm a retired firefighter, in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. I'm offering a private room in my home. I keep my house dialed in! It's clean, well kept, and top notch. My house is in a golf course neighborhood. It also has a private lake that is a beautiful 3 mile walk to get around, starting from the house. We have a community pool and jacuuzi as well about a 3 minute walk from the house. We're also just a few minutes away from the Temecula wineries. Your room has a temperpedic bed, a large tv, double closet with full mirrors, and large dresser with night stands. Plenty of storage, and the furniture are all vintage pieces that I've restored. You'll have full access and use of everything in the house, minus the garage (a guy's got to have limits)😅. My washer and dryer are new, and are large capacity. The kitchen is very nice, and has many new appliances, such as the refrigerator, etc. Full kitchen, very functional. I live a pretty low key lifestyle, and am gone from home often.
