You will not be disappointed with the friendly, family atmosphere and will feel at right at home. Home backs up to a beautiful golf-course. Laundry room is situated on upstairs floor. Tenant will have access to full kitchen (appliances, dishes, and your own full size refrigerator located in the garage.) Room is fully furnished with queen size bed, dresser, nightstand and 65" Smart TV. I work remote and my office is upstairs.
