The property is my home, that I share with 2 wonderful, and very friendly dogs. I live in an area where there are homes behind and to the side, but a extremely large open are that leads into a large lake recreation area. The room has a new Full bed, hardwood floors and has central air and heat. There is only bathroom, and a large kitchen area, that has basically any cooking device you might want or need. InstaPot, Bamboo steamer, electric stove and oven and microwave. The backyard is over 1/2 acre with one section for the dogs, and a twice as large section resrved for human enjoyment. Location is near many major shopping centers, and 15 minutes from stadiums, and 20 min or less to downtown Kansas City, and within 20 minutes of numerous hospitals (Overland Park Medical Center, Menorah Hospital, St. Luke's in Lee Summit, and other medical center). Lets be honest, its not the Taj Majel, but it is a very comfortable, quiet, safe, enjoyable home that you can certainly kick back, relax, and enjoy your time in KC by yourself, hanging with the dogs, or hitting the nearby gold course and lake for swimming and biking, or whatever you enjoy doing.
