I have a great apartment attached to my house that I am looking to rent a medium to long-term . It is a self contained unit and has its own washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher and range. There is a small back porch and a fenced yard. I have chickens on the property, and there is a garden; both of which I am willing to share . Medium term rentals will have utilities covered up to $50 a month each for electric and gas . Long-term tenants will be asked to put the utility bills in their name and to pay for them themselves. Medium term rent (30 days to 6 months) is $1900/ month with a security deposit equal to one months rent. I asked for a cleaning deposit of $300 as well, but that will be fully refundable if the place is left ready to rent again. The apartment has a security door that if I keep unlocked, gives access to a second bedroom. The second bedroom is available for an additional $500 a month. No cats, but I am open to a well-behaved dog with an owner that picks up after it . I take care of all the yardwork and and live next-door . There is plenty of on street parking .
