The main level has the living room, sitting room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Washer/dryer are in the basement. There is plenty of street parking. The washer/dryer is open in the basement to use but please refrain from going into the rest of the basement as that has personal property stored there. This is my home that I live in when I’m not renting it out. It is not owned by an investor. It’s quirky, loved and lived in.
