It's a one bedroom, one bath space with a largish kitchen with dining area, a living room with 54" TV, 5G high speed internet, and a large work desk area. I am a designer. so the space is nicely furnished with colorful, tasteful decor. There is a shared laundry, and free parking on the street in front of the house (always available).
